1928 Chow Pao Yun flys to dog show

What more can be said….this is one cool find!!  This 1928 newspaper clipping I found is priceless on all levels.  A great photo and so much information about the dog and owner as well as the show location. I’ll keep researching to hopefully find how Miss Pao Yun did at the show!!  I did find out that  Mrs. Bessie Anna Goodwin, of South Plainfield, New Jersey passed away November 6, 1939, after a prolonged illness.  The name of her well known kennels was WINCROFT CHOWS.

I do my best to be as accurate as possible in my research, however many times written history finds a way to "morph" over time. I love your comments and appreciate all feedback, additions and corrections my readers have to offer to help make this a well rounded and accurate archive.
