Chow Chow Hutte in Oberstdorf Germany

CHOW CHOW HUTTE GERMANYThese postcards in my personal collection are all from the Chow Chow Hutte located in Oberstdorf Germany in what looks to be in a very sweet location in the Austrian mountains.  All I have are postcards with dates ranging between 1954 and 1970 so this beautiful lodge could have been in business longer.   I would love to hear more from any of my readers who may have more information.  I’m fascinated with this breathtaking setting for chows and people alike.  I am seeing in my Google translations references to the kennel name being Vom Hendrickshof.  Also the Temple of Chows came up from one of the postcard descriptions

I do my best to be as accurate as possible in my research, however many times written history finds a way to "morph" over time. I love your comments and appreciate all feedback, additions and corrections my readers have to offer to help make this a well rounded and accurate archive.
