VINTAGE – THE DOG NEWS MAGAZINE-CHOW FEATURE ARTICLES AND COVERS

Before parent club magazines such as ChowLife , The American Chow Chow or Chow Chatter…..there were the all breed magazines which would highlight the Chow in special features every few months, along with a chow cover. This is where breeders would advertise, breed specialists and judges would write amazing articles and many of the regional clubs could report about specialties, litter announcements and activities.

Each issue is filled to the brim with writings from some of the top breeders with photos of established winners from the era, along with up and coming hopefuls….the relatives of many of YOUR chows are heavily embedded in the genes of these dogs you are reading about . I have at least 40 issues to scan, each taking a full day to archive and put into a PDF format….. ENJOY!!!!!
