Lord Cholmondeley or “Chumley” as he was called, was one of the top 10 sires who contributed to our breed in the USA and a huge winner for both Mrs. Adamston and Mrs Proctor. There was hardly a single classified ad of the day that didn’t mention the “famous” Lord Cholmondeley as the sire or grandsire of the puppies
