1918 LORD CHOLMONDELEY POISIONED AT SHOW

Mrs Z. Adams with Lord Cholmondeley II

Here is a little bit of history you would be hard pressed to find in the books.  Lord Cholmondeley or “Chumley” as he was called, was one of the top 10 sires who contributed to our breed in the USA and a huge winner for both Mrs. Adamston and Mrs Proctor.  There was hardly a single classified ad of the day that didn’t mention the “famous” Lord Cholmondeley as the sire or grandsire of the puppies

I’ll let this amazing bit of hidden history speak for itself.  I was able to enlarge the newsprint to the point I hope you all can ready it easily as I love to display the original documents whenever possible in the archive.
