1914 WOMANS CULT OF THE CHOW

During a time when women had few rights, dog shows were one of the few places where women “took the leash” so to speak and were the breeders, and exhibitors of some of the finest examples of Chows in our breed history…..though it took some time before they were given the right to officiate as judges and be active kennel club members.
